Well thanks to BBQ Engineer I had to make some biscuits and gravy this weekend. I smoked up a chub of homemade potato sausage and while the smoker was on I might as well smoke some other stuff. So I through on some andouille for some jambalaya later. This stuffed turned out great! The smoke flavor comes through very nice and mellow through out the gravy. I like to put in a pinch of rosemary and paprika for a little color. Here are the pics. Thanks for lookin
