Hey guys, here is a Mexican Fatty I made for a throw down on another site!

Tommy the fattie looks great. How was it for heat with the jalapeno peppers in it. Everything you make looks so good.
 
Thanks guys! Well, I was the shop foremen for a local car dealer (cause of my health) then 2 weeks ago they put me back to turning wrenches. It's been very hard on me cause of the pain but I have to make a living. Now I wanted to post more and I will but still trying to get caught up from last weeks work and cooks.

Once I get use to this site I will post more , it's I'm not that familiar with this type of format. The other style was right up my ally, it's the same as the Char-Broil site.

Anyway I look forward to posting a lot more here, thanks again. OBTW the heat was very low, I think next time I'll try habaneros ! :)
