Makes 1/2 gallon
2 cups of ketsup
2 cans of tomato sauce - 14oz ? (Soup can size)
1/2 cup water
1.5 tsp of Tabasco (do not skip!)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar, medium or dark
2 TBSP spicy mustard, Dijon or horseradish
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of finely chopped red pepper (cayenne will work too)
Use a ninja or something to MIX AND CHOP UP WELL
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes
refrigerate til cooled so it can thicken, and it will seriously thicken :tup:
Coat chicken and grill at 280-300 for 1.5 hr
